Not to be confused with the guy and his wife who dropped down dead for lying to the Holy Spirit. This one is an ordinary Christian who we hear about just this once, who has a prophetic gift that is hugely significant in Paul’s life.

Also known as a ‘seer’. One who sees what God sees and speaks it out. Sometimes speaks of future events, but not necessarily so.

Ananias was just an ordinary Christian just like us. A prophet is a seer, and though we may not all be Prophets, we can all see things.

Spend some time thinking about what you see, both good and bad, in your world.  Imagine what God might want to say into those things, and make this your prayer.
