Matthew 28:18-20 is known as the Great Commission and is the basis for the evangelical belief that all Christians have a responsibility to be witnesses to the gospel of Jesus.

Make: Often people will emphasise the word ‘go’ but in the Greek the real imperative, i.e. the thing you really have to do, is ‘make’. So, as you are going about your ordinary day to day lives, make disciples!

Keep in mind that Jesus said you need the Holy Spirit to have power to be a witness.
